We are a family
Born and raised in the scenic rural countryside of Crete, we learned how to cultivate olive trees. We have learned, since very yound, that in order to produce top quality extra vidgine olive oil, it takes time and effort. An effort that here in Crete, we call "tradition". And we love sticking to our tradition.
What we do
Every year, we spend out time in the country side, along olive groves. We make sure that our trees remain healthy and productive. We refrain from over-cultivation and we insist on traditional methods of extracting the olive oil.
Then, and only then, we can enjoy the fruits sof our efforts. Most of the olive oil that we produce, remains for family use, as well as close friends and relatives. Extra virgin olive oil IS our culture.
Our vision is to share this culture with people around the world. And on the same time, enpower them to contribute in the sustainable production of such a valuable product. And of course, share this culture and this unique product with them.
The traditional way of harvesting olives is to shake the tree
The first important step is to collect the olives from the tree. However, if no net is used to catch the olives before they hit the ground, this process can result in bruised olives the crushing of which produces a lower-quality oil.

Every year, around October, the olive trees are filled with olives. The groves gradually change colour and become greener. The olive trees can barely hold the weight of its own fruits. This is the time. The time were we gather. We gather as a family and we start collecting the olives from each tree.
The process is tough and it takes time and effort. Each day, we gather the large sacks, sometimes more that 50 kilos each, and we make sure we tranfer them directly to the olive press. The soonest, the better the quality of the olive oil. Then, we gather again, at the table, as a family. Olive oil is our culture, our tradition and our passion to share with the world
